Q: Who is this for?
The 21-Day Strengths Challenge is for anyone who wants to discover what their top 5 strengths are and how those strengths relate to their work, relationships, and life. By understanding your own strengths, you’ll be able to maximize productivity, make the most of your talents, and increase morale.
This challenge will give you basic tools to help you and your team members better understand their own talents, and become a stronger, healthier team as a result!
Q: How much time does it take?
This challenge was designed to take only 5 minutes of your time per day, since the challenge was designed for busy people. This way you can get to work implementing it immediately! You can spend as much time as you’d like on the daily tasks and exercises. That means that on top of reading the daily email, you’ll be presented with an exercise, quick assignment, video, or prompts.
Q: What will I receive?
You will receive an email every single day of the challenge. Each email is meant to be brief and contain a quick assignment, short video, or prompt to help you better understand your personal strengths report. Remember… no 2 people have the same report as you, making this an extremely personal and unique experience for you. The Strengths Assessment is not included. You will be directed on how to purchase your assessment if you haven't already taken one.
Q: What if I already have my Gallup Strengthsfinder Assessment?
If you’ve already taken the assessment, you don’t need to repeat it. Grab your assessment and let's go! This challenge includes 3-weeks of Strengths coaching by email, the assessment is not included.
Q: Is the Gallup Strengthsfinder Report necessary to join this challenge?
Absolutely. Every person who participates will need to complete the assessment prior to beginning the challenge. While you’ll still get a lot out of the daily emails and select videos, you will need to know your own top 5 strengths to get the most out of it. You need to purchase this assessment separately.
Q: What kind of support will I get?
While this is technically just an email challenge, I will be in your inbox every day with helpful tips, coaching, prompts, exercises, and all the support you need to better understand your strengths as a manager. If you feel like you still need additional support with your strengths after the challenge, please reach out to the Leadology team here and we’ll be happy to discuss support options with you!
